Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

How to Request a Return

  2. Our team will review your request and provide the return shipping address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
